● Operator communities: Domain expertise (e.g., healthtech, AI infra) draws founders to you.


To raise your hit rate: write up your thesis, publish value you add, and send fast, clear passes. Track what you see (CRM or spreadsheet). Be disciplined about stage/sector so you don’t dilute your time.
